With a strong commitment to innovation, precision, and reliability, Ragnar delivers advanced welding solutions designed to meet the demanding requirements of various industrial sectors, including oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, and construction. Our products ensure superior weld integrity, corrosion resistance, and performance under extreme conditions. Backed by technical expertise and a customer-focused approach, Ragnar Welding Supplies continues to set the standard for excellence in Indonesia’s welding materials industry.
Nickel alloys used in Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) contain nickel (Ni) as the main element with additions of chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), and molybdenum (Mo) to enhance corrosion and oxidation resistance. Their composition provides high strength, toughness, and stability at elevated temperatures. Mechanically, these alloys exhibit excellent tensile strength (up to 800 MPa), good ductility, and superior creep resistance. The flux used in SAW ensures deep penetration, stable arc characteristics, and minimizes impurities, producing clean welds with high metallurgical integrity and resistance to cracking and corrosion.

Our expertise lies in Nickel Alloys SAW & Flux, engineered for precision, durability, and resistance to corrosion. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we provide welding solutions that support industries across construction, energy, shipbuilding, and manufacturing.
Nickel alloys with Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) and flux are widely used in industries requiring high strength and corrosion resistance. They are applied in chemical processing equipment, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers due to their resistance to oxidation and acidic environments. In power plants and petrochemical industries, they are used for boiler tubes, piping systems, and reactor components. The aerospace and marine sectors use them for turbine parts and offshore structures. SAW with suitable flux ensures high-quality welds, making these alloys ideal for fabricating large structures, storage tanks, and pipelines exposed to harsh, high-temperature, or corrosive conditions.
The Ragnar Industries Server is built to deliver reliability, speed, and scalability for mission-critical operations. Designed for modern industrial environments, it ensures seamless performance in manufacturing, engineering, energy, and automation sectors.
