Nickel Alloy MIG and TIG filler welding rods and wires are usually in the form of Nickel (balance) with the addition of Chromium (1423%), Molybdenum (210%), Iron (lead 7), and trace elements, usually Manganese, Silicon, Copper and Carbon depending on the grade. These components are useful in offering great corrosion and oxidation protection, even in harsh conditions. Mechanical characteristics tensile strength: 650-850 MPa, yield strength: 300-500 Mpa, Penetration: 30-40%.
