Their average chemical composition is C 0.03% max (316L), Cr 1618, Ni 1014, Mo 23, Mn 12, Si is less than 0.75 with the balance being composed of Fe that provides superior corrosion and high temperature resistance. 205-350 MPa tensile strength, 205-350 Mpa yield strength and 30-40 elongation. These filler metals guarantee excessive arc operation, consistent weld deposition and hard, robust, corrosion immune welds that can be used in MIG and TIG welding.
