Ragnar Welding Supplies is a prominent manufacturer and supplier located in Jakarta, Indonesia, focusing on high-quality Haynes welding wire. Our Haynes welding wires are known for their quality, strength, and resistance to corrosion and meet the needs of demanding industries such as aerospace, chemical processing, and power generation. Our Haynes welding wires are designed with outstanding weldability and resistance to extreme temperatures that will offer quality welding for critical application. Our advanced manufacturing methods and strict quality control ensure that Ragnar Welding Supplies delivers Haynes welding wire that will yield consistently high quality, making us a trusted partner for professionals with a relentless commitment to quality and craftsmanship in their welding solutions.
Haynes welding wire consists mainly of nickel, cobalt, and chromium, with molybdenum, tungsten, and iron being used to improve strength, oxidation resistance, and/or corrosion resistance. Common grades of Haynes welding wire are Haynes 25, Haynes 188, and Haynes 282, all specifically designed for high-temperature applications. The wire has tensile strengths in the range of 700–1,000 MPa and good ductility, allowing very reliable welds under extreme conditions. It also has good dimensional stability and grows into thermal fatigue when subjected to temperatures greater than 1,000 °C. These mechanical properties make Haynes wire ideal for applications requiring welding in the aerospace, gas turbine, and chemical processing industries.
At Ragnar Welding Supplies, we take pride in being one of Indonesia’s trusted suppliers of high-quality welding consumables. Our expertise lies in Haynes Welding Wire, engineered for precision, durability, and resistance to corrosion. With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we provide welding solutions that support industries across construction, energy, shipbuilding, and manufacturing.
Industries requiring superior resistance to high-temperature strength and corrosion regularly specify Haynes welding wire. Haynes welding wire is great for aerospace applications including jet engines, combustion liners and exhaust systems where thermal and oxidation resistance are particularly important. The power generation industry utilizes Haynes welding wire for applications involving gas turbines, heat exchangers, and boiler parts that experience extreme thermal conditions. The chemical and petrochemical industries use Haynes welding wire for reactors, piping, and furnace parts that are exposed to corrosive environments. Haynes welding wire’s excellent weldability and stability when subjected to stress are why it is the preferred welding wire for producing long-lasting, heat-resistant components in many high-performance engineering applications.
