Its chemical composition typically includes 0.08% carbon, 0.90% manganese, 0.50% silicon, with trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur, ensuring excellent weld quality and toughness. Mechanically, it provides a tensile strength of approximately 580–620 MPa and a yield strength of around 460–490 MPa.
